LAKE ACCESS
The lake is open to the public. There's also a private lagoon for community members only — they use daily color-coded armbands for access. If you want to get out on the water, YETI Sports rents kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and offers lake cruises. Call ahead to reserve. Keep in mind seasonal activities depend on the weather.

Split Rock Resort — H2Ooooh! Indoor Waterpark is just a few minutes away. They've got slides, a wave pool, and plenty of family-friendly stuff. Day passes are available but can sell out — worth checking their site before your trip.

No Pets — If we find evidence of an unauthorized pet, guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine and may be asked to leave.

There are security cameras on the outside of the home for safety and property protection.
